The apartments are ideal for those, mainly couples, who are looking for something more than the ill-equipped little boxes often found in larger complexes. All the apartments are slightly different from each other, but all have an interestingly shaped lounge leading to a kitchen partially built into the octagon.

Outside the large patio or terrace houses the dining table and overlooks the pool. A small wall separates each patio from its neighbour without stopping the opportunity of a "chat over the garden wall". For the ground floor apartments just a few steps lead down to the sunbathing terraces around the communal swimming pool.
